 Our facility is minutes way from the VA
Medical Center
and the VA will provide visiting social workers to visit
our site on a regular basis.
We will give personal attention to all of our residents
by providing encouragement, motivation and loving care.
We will also provide the following:
- Medication Monitoring
- Appointment Coordination
- Partnership with local VA Medical Center
- Addiction counseling
