705 11th Street in West Palm Beach has been sold to Veterans Services of WPB. The closing took place in July 2009. Picture below are Richard Zaretzky (West Palm Beach Attorney) who represented the buyer, Dan Margolis of VSA and John Coppolino of the Regent Bank who placed the mortgage.

Veterans Services of America will operate this property as transitional housing for veterans. "We are starting to search for veterans who have a good potential of returning to an orderly civilian life regardless of their ability to pay rent" says Dan Margolis, Executive Director.

Vita Chavis, Assistant Executive Director, will be in charge of operations and supervising the renovations. (She is the daughter of County Commissioner Priscilla Taylor).
